The gold palace team was quick to answer all of my technical questions regarding measurements of the pendant I wanted, including loop size to be sure it would fit my gold chain. I have purchased another pendant previously and the quality on both items were perfect. Shipping was fast and included tracking so you can be home when signature is required for proof of delivery.
