I received an 18 inch, 1.5 mm necklace, which has been returned. I have a notice of the refund on the way, but I would rather have had the original item.

The quality is not that great. The screws are not well made, it is not functional for the nose ring and the earrings. I was supposed to get a discount on my order, but it was never given and a full credit card was charged without applying the discount code. I would appreciate it if you review and offer a refund the discount amount.
