How long does it take to receive my order ?

How is your jewelry packaged for shipping?

All Gold Jewelry orders are cleaned and checked for imperfections before being placed in premium jewelry boxes. We wrapped the box in bubble wrap and enclosed an invoice with details of the jewelry in the package. We specially designed and developed the jewelry boxes to not only endure shipping but also to protect your treasured Gold Palace pieces for a long time.

How do I order from your website?

Ordering from the Gold Palace site is easy. Once you've found the item you'd like to purchase, click the "Add to Cart" button found in the product page. The item will be automatically added to your cart. You have the option to Checkout at once or browse the shop further but rest assured that your item will remain in the Cart. Click on the Shopping Cart at the top right corner once your order is final. Follow the Checkout process to proceed to billing and shipping information, payment, and order completion. Your order is deemed final and confirmed once payment is complete.

What are your payment options?

Why did you cancel my order?

We reserve the right to cancel any order/s, for any of the reasons given below:

Why can't I find an item that was there on the website?

he items that are listed on the website are always in stock. We remove the items as soon as they are sold out. If you do not see an item that was previously posted, it is sold out. Please browse our website to discover similar or unique designs in the respective category.

Who designs your jewelry?

We work with small-scale, family run jewelry designers from various parts of the world including India, the Middle East, and other parts in Southeast Asia. We collaborate with them on the design but let them take the lead so they can fully showcase their artistry.

What is the purity of your gold jewelry? Can I wear them everyday?

Our specialty is 22 karat gold which contains 91.6 percent pure gold mixed with sturdier metals such as nickel, zinc, and copper. 22k gold jewelry is durable enough for everyday wear. Our diamond jewelry uses 18 karat gold which is equivalent to 75 percent pure gold plus other alloys. We also offer gold pieces in 21k, 18k, and 14k gold purity. What is your returns and exchange policy?

Purchases made on our website can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date you received your purchase. Please note that nose pins and nose rings are NOT ALLOWED for returns or exchanges due to sanitary precautions. Visit our Returns and Exchange page for more information.

Why did the price on an item suddenly change?

Gold Palace reserves the right to update its product pricing. Most of the time, prices are updated because of a change in a design's metal or precious stone inclusion. For example, an earring may weigh 1.0 gram, gets sold out, then restocks at 0.8 grams. We reduce or increase the price accordingly to give our customers a fair price based on the material used. Bulk changes to the prices are also made when gold market prices go up or down by more than $ 30.00 per troy oz.
