How long does it take to receive my order ?
Orders take 3-5 business days to arrive. If you would like to follow up on the status of your order, please email us at sales@goldpalace.com or call 281-224-2190.
How is your jewelry packaged for shipping?
All Gold Jewelry orders are cleaned and checked for imperfections before being placed in premium jewelry boxes. We wrap the box in bubble wrap and enclose a packing slip with details of the jewelry in the package. Each package is packed with utmost care and includes a quality assurance card verifying the order details. We specially designed and developed the jewelry boxes to not only endure shipping but also to protect your treasured Gold Palace pieces for a long time.
How do I order from your website?
Ordering from the Gold Palace site is easy. Once you've found the item(s) you'd like to purchase, click the "Add to Cart" button found on the product page. The item will be automatically added to your cart. You have the option to Checkout at once or browse the shop further, but rest assured that your item will remain in the Cart. Click on the Shopping Cart at the top right corner once your order is final. Follow the Checkout process to proceed to billing and shipping information, payment, and order completion. Your order is deemed final and confirmed once payment is complete.
What are your payment options?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Amazon Pay, and PayPal payments only. We also offer an installment plan for online purchases through our payment partners Affirm and Shop Pay.
Do you accept custom design orders?
No, we do not accept orders to make custom designed jewelry at this time. Please browse our extensive collection of Gold, Sterling Silver, Diamond, and Precious Stone jewelry to find the right piece that speaks to you.
Why did you cancel my order?
We reserve the right to cancel any orders, for any of the reasons given below:
1) If we receive multiple orders for a single item, and the item is sold out or not in stock anymore.
2) If the order information does not meet our valid credit card security guidelines.
3) If there is an error in the pricing of any item during the posting of that item on the website.

Why can't I find an item that was there on the website?
The items that are listed on the website are always in stock. We remove the items as soon as they are sold out. If you do not see an item that was previously posted, it is sold out. Once an item is sold, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to restock it on our website. Please browse our website to discover similar or unique designs in the respective category.
Who designs your jewelry?
We work with small-scale, family run jewelry designers from various parts of the world including India, the Middle East, and other parts in Southeast Asia. We collaborate with them on the design but let them take the lead so they can fully showcase their artistry.
What is the purity of your gold jewelry? Can I wear them everyday?
Our specialty is 22 karat gold which contains 91.6 percent pure gold mixed with sturdier metals such as nickel, zinc, and copper. With proper care, 22k gold jewelry can absolutely be worn everyday Our diamond jewelry uses 18 karat gold which is equivalent to 75 percent pure gold plus other alloys.
