1. How is the jewelry packaged?
All Gold Palace pieces are cleaned, polished, and checked for imperfections before being placed in secure jewelry boxes wrapped in bubble wrap. An invoice with details of the jewelry is enclosed in each package. Our boxes are designed with utmost care to ensure that the jewelry does not get damaged in transit.

2. Do you ship outside of U.S.A.?
International orders ship via International First Class, Priority, or Express Mail. Rates and delivery times vary by destination. Please get in touch with sales@goldpalace.com to get a quote on international shipping rates, facilitate payments, and secure custom invoicing.

3. Can I use my P.O. box for the shipping address?
We do not accept P.O. box for shipping address as we require the recipient to sign when receiving their Gold Palace package.

4. Do you accept custom orders?
Manpower constraints limit us from accepting custom jewelry design orders, except for resizing requests. 5. Do you have Authenticity Certificates for the diamonds?
Certificates for our pieces depend on the source of the diamonds. Gold Palace uses natural and lab-grown diamonds which are evaluated for authenticity, color, and clarity by our trusted global network of suppliers and in-house jewel experts. All information about the diamond used will be available on the product page.
