Customers may return or exchange a product purchased from our website within 30 days of receiving the order, unless the item is marked as final sale. As a health and safety precaution, nose pins and nose rings are NOT ALLOWED to be exchanged or returned once purchased.
All international orders are final and non-returnable. International customers are responsible for all customs charges.
Send us an email with your return/exchange request at firstname.lastname@example.org. A sales representative will provide a pre-paid return label. The cost of the return label will be deducted from the customer’s return.
All returned orders must be shipped back to our warehouse within 30 days of receiving the order.
We are not responsible for orders returned to sender for any reason. If orders are returned to sender, we can reship the package, however there will be a reshipment fee. We ship orders to the address customer inputs at checkout. If this address is incorrect, or unable to be delivered we are not responsible. We are not able to change shipping information once an order is shipped.
If the customer prefers a refund of the order rather than exchanging for another item, a 15% restocking fee will be applied to the total refunded amount.
Once we receive your return and verify the item(s) are in good condition, we will issue you a refund for your order (-15% restocking fee and return shipping costs) to your original method of payment.
If you wish to exchange for another item, the 15% restocking fee is waived. If you wish to exchange, you may go ahead and order your exchange on our website now.
If an exchange order is not made by the time we receive your item, we will have to process the return with the restocking fee. Once we receive your return and verify your exchange purchase, we will issue you a full refund minus the cost of the return label. Please allow 5--7 business days from when the item is delivered for your returned order to be processed.
