Gold Palace was established in 1994 providing rare and sophisticated collections of traditional 22K gold South Asian jewelry. From a small New Jersey jewelry shop, founder and then-owner the late Aziz Ali expanded what the brand had to offer by teaching himself how to build a website and created the online store for Gold Palace—becoming one of the first online jewelry stores in America.

This venture helped make beautiful fine Indian jewelry available to a wider audience of jewelry collectors and enthusiasts all over the United States. 22k Gold, The Best of the Best

Most gold items on our site are solid 22 karat, which is the highest purity of gold that jewelry is typically available in. 24 karat is pure gold, but it's too soft to be used in jewelry items. 22 karat is over 91% pure gold, with the rest of the item weight made of harder metals like zinc mixed in to make our jewelry durable. The entire "gold weight" specified is solid 22k gold, not simply gold plating.

Investment-Grade Jewelry

Because our items are so pure and most of the item weight is pure gold or silver, if the price of precious metals goes up (the value of gold is up over 600% since the year 2000!) or you get tired of a piece you have the option to melt it down and sell the gold/silver at market value.
