Payment methods and Shipping Costs
We regret that we cannot accept credit card payments for international orders outside of the USA and Canada. Customers must pay by wire. For orders over $1,000, we offer $40 off the order to help cover wire fees expenses.
Rates and delivery time vary by destination. Please get in touch with email@example.com to order your desired style/s and quantity, get a quote on international shipping rates, facilitate order payment, and receive custom invoicing.
For all international shipping: We ship via International First Class, Priority, or Express Mail.
Delivery Time: All orders are processed within 24 hours and typically sent within a day or two. Delivery takes about 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location. We do not accommodate rush delivery.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once shipped, you'll receive a separate email with the tracking number.
I haven’t received my order. How do I check the status?
If you need any updates on the location of your package, please refer to the tracking number that was sent to you. You can also contact the carrier directly.
If your package is lost or missing, you'll need to contact the carrier directly to launch an investigation. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages.
