1. How do I join the Gold Palace Royal Rewards Program?

To start, you’ll need to create an account. You can sign up here. Once you’ve activated your account, you can start earning points by making  purchases. Bonus: when you sign up for an account, you’ll receive 200 points.

2. How do I earn rewards?

It’s easy! You’ll automatically get 1 point for every $1 you spend on any purchase you make. 

3. Where can I view my points?

Simply login to your Gold Palace account by clicking here. If you did not have an account at the moment of placing the order, create an account now in order to view your points.

4. How do I redeem points?

You can redeem points for discounts that you can use on your next purchase. For every 100 points, you can redeem $2 discounts. If you have 300 points, you can redeem it for a $6 discount code which you can use on your next order. You need to login or create an account in order to redeem points.

5. Can I combine/stack my Gold Palace Royal Rewards points with discounts or promo codes offered on the site?

Yes, discounts redeemed using points can be combined/stacked with other discount or promo codes offered on our site in the same order! For example you can combine/stack our site discount code GOLD50 ($50 off on $1000+ orders) with your discount code redeemed through points. However, you cannot combine/stack multiple discount codes redeemed using points in the same order.

You also cannot combine discount codes earned thru referrals and discount codes redeemed using points in the same order. You can, however, combine/stack discount codes earned through referrals and discounts or promo codes offered on the site in the same order. Note that you can only stack a maximum of two discount codes total.

6. Do my reward points expire?

Yes, your point has an expiration date of 1 year from the date of purchase. But don’t worry, you will get email notification 60 days and 7 days before your points expire as a reminder.

7. Do my redeemed rewards expire?

Yes, redeemed rewards expire within 1 year after being issued. But don’t worry, you will get email notification 3 days before your rewards expire as a reminder.

8. What happens to my points when I return an order for a refund?

Points earned for that purchase will be removed from your Royal Rewards balance. 

9. Can I use both my referral discount code and rewards redeemed through points in the same order?

Referral discount code and rewards redeemed through points cannot be used in the same order. However, referral discount code can be combined with other discounts/promotions offered on the site.
